  The sermons are strong in truth as they focus on truth according to scripture, there is no other. I wish I could get into the music but I have to say the music does not have the same depth as the sermons. The words are simplistic and repetitive. Music is such an important part of worship, don't be afraid to dive deep into mood and meaning at the same time.

  A coffee shop with a side of religion. Too much emphasis on self-help, and almost nobody brings, let alone uses, a Bible. As soon as I saw the cups of coffee in everyone's hands, I knew it was the same as the other "Come and let us entertain you" churches in the region. I was right. After the service, a man in his thirties, I assume, asked me if I was new, to which I said yes, and if I had any questions. I said I had one in particular that's been bothering me for years. He smiled and asked me to "Fire away!" I asked: "Given the fact that Jesus Christ specifically says, at John 14:28, that his Father is greater than he is, and that he [Jesus] told Mary Magdalene that they both shared the same Father and God [John 20:17], how can Jesus be both God Almighty and yet a self-admitted subordinate and worshiper of God Almighty?" It was an honest inquiry, but he turned about three shades whiter, swallowed, and said "That's a very, very intriguing question." He walked away, saying he'd be right back. I sipped coffee for fifteen minutes. He never returned. I took the hint and left as well, never to return.
  
  I will say that the coffee here is better than Crossroads. Their coffee is very bland.
